Read the poem you posted yesterday, it was so melancholy . . . Have you thought to yourself when in your life these feelings have come before? How these things, these landmarks are connected and how they are not?

Deb sounds like a great storyteller. Ask her if she sees a connection to this melancholy from your past experiences together. Old friends can act as good mirrors sometimes.
