oh yes, it IS quite nippy here. AND..."they" say it is going to get even colder this week...so stay bundled up! So glad to read of your "curiosity" strategy/approach - I do the same thing when I face scary stuff...I shift/re-frame to think of it as "fact gathering" or "research".
